Order Processing
All Zaarli orders are processed within 2–3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been processed and handed to our shipping carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
We begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancellation please contact us at support@zaarli.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate changes before your order is dispatched. Once it has shipped, we are unable to make amendments.
Yes — you will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete, followed by a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. If you do not see your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder, or reach out to us at support@zaarli.com.
Shipping Information
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Your discount will be applied automatically at checkout — no code needed. For orders under $50, standard shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to international destinations in the future — follow us on Instagram to be the first to know.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, standard delivery within the US typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please keep in mind that processing time (2–3 business days) is separate from shipping transit time.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–10 business days for most US locations.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your order directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@zaarli.com and we will look into it right away.
Returns and Refunds

To initiate a return, please email us at support@zaarli.com with your order number and the reason for your return within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
We are so sorry if this happens. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@zaarli.com within 30 days with your order number and a clear photo of the defect. For defective items, you may choose one of the following at no cost to you:
- Replacement: We will send the same item if available in stock.
- Store credit: Full credit for the item value — no deductions.
- Full refund: A complete refund to your original payment method — no shipping fee deducted.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Store credit is issued immediately upon processing. Refunds to your original payment method may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
Fabric Care
To keep your Zaarli pieces looking and feeling their best:
- Machine wash cold on a gentle or delicate cycle
- Use a mild, fragrance-free detergent — especially important for sensitive or eczema-prone skin
- Do not tumble dry on high heat — lay flat or hang to dry where possible
- If using a dryer, select the lowest heat setting
- Do not bleach or use harsh stain removers directly on the fabric
- Iron on a low setting if needed, or steam gently
Tencel Modal is naturally smooth, breathable, and moisture-wicking — properties that make it particularly gentle on sensitive and eczema-prone skin. Unlike synthetic fibres, it does not trap heat or irritate the skin's surface. It is produced without harsh chemical residues, making it a safer choice for babies and toddlers whose skin is more delicate and absorbent than adult skin.
Tip for eczema-prone skin: Wash new Zaarli pieces before the first wear using a fragrance-free, dye-free detergent. This ensures the fabric is at its softest and cleanest from the very first use.
Tencel Modal is highly resistant to shrinkage when cared for correctly. Washing on a cold gentle cycle and avoiding high heat in the dryer will keep your pieces in excellent shape wash after wash. The softness of Tencel Modal is a property of the fibre itself — it does not wash out over time. In fact, many customers find their Zaarli pieces get softer with each wash.

All transactions are processed securely. Zaarli does not store your payment details.
Yes — completely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses SSL encryption and is fully PCI-DSS compliant. Your payment information is processed securely and never stored on our servers.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable state tax rates. The final tax amount will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Yes — we occasionally offer promotions and discount codes to our community. The best way to stay in the loop is to sign up for our email list or follow us on Instagram @zaarli.store. Discount codes can be applied at checkout. Only one code may be used per order.
